[0:00](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study) You know, I wanna say one other thing at, about all of the injuries that you saw listed there.

[0:07](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=7) The... You know, they, a lot of the, the industry and the talking points from the medical cartel say that, "Well, if there-- we've been using these vaccines for 20 years, if there was anything bad happening, we would see it."

[0:22](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=22) You wouldn't see it because we don't have a surveillance system, and many of these connections can hide in plain sight.

[0:31](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=31) I worked on the, uh, for NRDC in 1996, I worked on getting lead gasoline banned.

[0:39](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=39) And a scientist from the University of Pittsburgh called Herbert Needleman had published in 1979 a study showing that lead, looking at the teeth of children and saying there was a direct inverse correlation between IQ and the lead content, and that they also was all kind of other neurodevelopmental

[0:59](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=59) orders, uh, disorders that were linked to it.

[1:03](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=63) He was ridiculed. He was attacked by the lead industry, by the medical cartel. He was investigated by EPA, by my agency, by the University of Pittsburgh.

[1:13](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=73) His career, academic career was destroyed, and that's what happens to scientists who question these kind of orthodoxies.

[1:22](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=82) And yet when we banned it in 1996, there's many scientific studies that show that the ban on that raised the IQ of American children by 2.5 points.

[1:37](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=97) That, that IQ loss, which had been imposed by lead, was not noticed for 40 years, a-and yet it was real.

[1:48](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=108) More to the point, in 2017, the, um, the, the Danish government was approached, uh, by the Gates Foundation, by Gavi and others saying, "Will you finance the DTP vaccine in Va- in Africa?" The DTP vaccine, we got rid of in this country in the '80s because of the high level of injuries, one in

[2:13](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=133) 300, according to NIH, suffering brain injuries or death.

[2:18](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=138) And so we got rid of it here, but they are still giving that vaccine to kids, to 61 million kids, I think, in Africa and, and, um, and Asia.

[2:29](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=149) And they went to the Danish government to get financed, and they said, "We've saved 30 million lives."

[2:35](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=155) And the Danish government, to its credit, and Novo Nordisk, a vaccine company, said, "Let's actually check on those numbers." And they went to Guinea-Bissau, where the Danes operated, like, health clinics all over the country that weighed every child when they were three months old,

[2:54](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=174) and then, then again when they were six months.

[2:56](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=176) And if they were, if they showed up, sometimes they'd miss by a day.

[3:01](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=181) You know, they'd get them at 29 days rather-- or, you know, uh, 88 days rather than 90 days.

[3:08](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=188) Then they wouldn't vaccinate them till the second visit at six months.

[3:11](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=191) So you had this situation where half the infants in the country were vaccinated at three months and half were six months.

[3:18](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=198) It was a perfect natural experiment. A-and the, the Danish team, which, uh, included Peter Aaby, Sigrid Morgensen, uh, Christine Stablein, the, the deities of vaccine research, very pro-vaccine, uh, African vaccine research,

[3:36](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=216) went in and looked at the data on these children, a-and they found something that shocked them.

[3:41](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=221) That girls who were, got, received the vaccine were 10 times more likely to die over the next three months than children who were unvaccinated.

[3:54](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=234) And they were dying of things that nobody ever associated with the vaccine.

[3:57](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=237) They were dying of bilharzia, anemia, and pulmonary respiratory problems and sepsis and just common infections.

[4:07](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=247) And nobody for decades had noticed this correlation, that it was the, disproportionately the vaccinated girls who were dying.

[4:17](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=257) And the researchers concluded that the vaccine, the DTP vaccine, was killing more children than diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis before the introduction of the vaccine, and they recommended the removal of it, which we are now pressing Gavi to do.

[4:34](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=274) Um, but, um, what that shows, this is an incredible story. It's published in the eBio pharma in 2017, January 2017.

[4:45](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=285) What that shows is that you can have mass injuries and catastrophic injuries, and they're hiding in p- plain sight, sight, and nobody is gonna notice the connection. And that's why President Trump wants us to do these studies, 'cause he understands that,

[5:04](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/2dJPLnzAMqlW/en/dtp-vaccine-safety-claims-and-the-guinea-bissau-study?t=304) that, you know, there, there are things that everybody says is settled science, but they can't really produce the science that actually supports that, and we're doing that science now.
