[0:19](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=19) That's right. Okay. Oops, it fell here. Are you going to the Barueri Bus Terminal? [0:22](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=22) That's right. Okay. How are you managing to pay— in cash? [0:25](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=25) Are you paying by Pix or in cash? I'll pay on the next ride. [0:27](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=27) So, the thing is, this app doesn't let you pay on the next ride because it doesn't have that option. This app is different. [0:31](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=31) No, sir, but I can only pay on the next ride. [0:33](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=33) I don't have any money, I only have my phone. [0:35](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=35) No, but this app, uh, isn't like Uber, it only— only lets you pay right then. [0:38](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=38) No, but they told me I could pay that way. [0:40](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=40) You can't. I can only pay that way. No, I can't, because that option isn't available in this app, understand? [0:44](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=44) No, but when are you going to get paid? I'll pay you next time. [0:45](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=45) Okay, but how am I supposed to get paid? There's no way. [0:47](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=47) I need to get pai— No, you can, I'll pay you next time. [0:49](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=49) I need to get paid for the ride, miss. And? [0:51](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=51) That option isn't in the app, not for the passenger or the driver, you have to pay on the spot. [0:55](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=55) No, sir, how? If you don't take me, I'll say you harassed me. [0:57](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=57) I don't believe you, Charlene. But I'm not harassing you, I'm not doing anything. [1:02](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/awN58iBjPQmG/en/passenger-threatens-to-accuse-driver-after-ride-payment-dispute?t=62) But he's in the car with me, I'll tell, tell, tell Uber, I'll report it to Uber that you, that you harassed me.
