[0:09](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=9) Step one: After I identify a potential trade, I count my confirmations.

[0:14](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=14) The confirmation model has four: liquidity sweep, higher timeframe fair value gap delivery, inversion of a fair value gap on a lower timeframe, and a change in the state of delivery.

[0:23](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=23) Every setup gets graded based on how many of those are present.

[0:26](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=26) Step two: Four confirmations is an A setup.

[0:28](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=28) That's my bread and butter. Three confirmations is a B. I can take a B, but I know the risk is higher, and I size down.

[0:35](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=35) Two confirmations or fewer is a C. I don't touch it, ever.

[0:38](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=38) Step three: An A+ is all four confirmations plus a bonus filter, SMT divergence, internal sweep, or an OTE zone confluence.

[0:48](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=48) When I see those on top of the four confirmations, I know the setup is as clean as it gets.

[0:53](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=53) Most traders don't grade anything. They see something that looks like a setup, and they enter.

[0:58](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=58) That's how you end up taking C-graded trades all week and wondering why your win rate is stuck. A+ is all four confirmations plus a bonus.

[1:05](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=65) A is four, B is three, C is two or less. Here's how it looks.

[1:09](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=69) This setup has a sweep, higher timeframe delivery, inversion on the lower timeframe, and a change in the state of delivery.

[1:15](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=75) That's an A. I enter, stop at the swing high, targeting opposing liquidity.

[1:20](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=80) Now, here's a C from the same week. Sweep and an inversion, but no higher timeframe delivery and no change in the state.

[1:27](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=87) Chop, straight into a loss. I built a free setup grading guide that shows you exactly how to score every trade.

[1:33](https://www.translate.mom/transcript/sPO13m6PyBhD/en/how-to-grade-trading-setups-from-c-to-a?t=93) Comment "rating," and I'll send it to you for free.
