Musa son of Ja‘far,

the trustee of the righteous,

the imam of the chosen,

the vessel of lights,

the companion of long prostration,

and abundant tears,

and much intimate supplication.

O God, bless him and his forefathers and his sons, the good, the pure,

the infallible,

and[ grant] the mercy of God and His blessings.
