Today, in Proddatur town

on Chakaraja Street, this Murali’s father, named Ramachandra,

a forty- year- old man, is a barber. He makes a living running a shop.

Yesterday evening, his Hero Honda motor

cycle’s engine was rebored.

The mechanic said,“ Since we have rebored this engine,

it has to be kept on till morning,” and told him that.

After being told that, he brought the bike home, parked it in his house,

switched it on,

and inside the house his father Ramachandra and his two children,

twin children, and his son, laid all three of them down below.

The couple live and sleep upstairs.

Ramachandra and his people shut themselves inside a room and were sleeping there.

Today, at seven in the morning, when they came and asked them to open the door,

they did not open it. When they looked inside, they were dead. They immediately

broke open the door and went inside, and when they looked, the three children

and their father Ramachandra— all four of them— were found dead.

The main reason is that the motorbike was running continuously from last

night until this morning, so it breathed in that gas and because of that,

since that house had no windows,

smoke spread throughout the house and they died from it,

this is what we understand preliminarily.

The bodies are being sent to the hospital for post- mortem.
