Civilian Casualties from Airstrikes in Syria

in a body bag here at Sanamayn Military Hospital,

with his two siblings, Yassin,

Hadi Al-Salim and Lamis Hadi Al-Salim. Their ages

range from six to ten years old.

In these other rooms,

there are also the bodies of three victims,

two of whom were over 60 and were killed

by Jordanian strikes

targeting southern Syria

last night. Of course,

the sites that were targeted were

entirely civilian sites.

The Jordanian army said it targeted hideouts

of terrorist groups linked to the perpetrators

of the Hamoud Church operation

in the city of Karak,

which took place days ago.

But all the victims were civilians,

three of them

were under ten years old, and three of them

were over 60, including a woman,

as well,

Fatima Al-Ali, who was 90 years old.

There was also a young victim

who was 18 years old.

There were five airstrikes in Daraa Governorate

and one

In Suwayda Governorate,

specifically in northern rural Suwayda,

someone was killed

the elderly Mutlaq Abu

al- Khail, who was sixty

years old. In Daraa as well, the elderly Professor Riyad

al-Akrad, who was seventy-three

years old.

Unfortunately, we received six fatalities.

Three children

Six deaths. The total number is six deaths.

And two children were injured. We operated on one child

for a bone fracture.

And a girl has multiple shrapnel wounds in her body.

And a young man has multiple

shrapnel wounds in his body.

According to a Syrian state statement,

it said it would conduct

investigations with the relevant

authorities, while opening channels

of communication with the Jordanian

side. It also closed the

Nasib- Jaber border crossing

on October 27, which is

this month, due to the current circumstances,

according to the

Crossings and Border Posts Authority.

Of course, so far, there has been no

justification or explanation

from the Jordanian side regarding

these results, the results of the military

airstrikes that targeted civilian sites in

southern Syria.
