there are very few people who do research, write, and pursue knowledge in this manner.

They are few and far between. Among them is Egypt's Abu Ishaq al-Huwayni. He is

a very learned man. In fact, I think it can be said that in the field of Hadith,

none among his students possesses as much knowledge and understanding as he does. We also met him here,

he came several times. He is a very good man. He edited Musnad Abu

Hanifa and many other books. Another well-known one is Hasan al-Salman.

He too is a serious researcher, and he has edited and prepared a good many works

and conducted research. There are some works that he researched which we

edited, and we found that they contained many errors. But he is very courteous and a very

good, sensible man. A third one is Ali Hasan Ali Abdul Hamid. He is simply at enmity with everyone.

When he is still pleased with you, then

You may be friends, then have a slight disagreement over some issue, and they'll write a

book against you. Thus, they spend their whole lives in such refutations

and holding one another

accountable, although this approach is not right. If someone has an academic disagreement with someone else,

that's fine. Otherwise, if you go so far as to attack their intentions and heart,

what will you achieve by doing that?
