Exploring Meditation and Inner Vision
Meditasyonla üçüncü gözünüzü geliştirmeye çalışıyorsanız, gerçekten
bilmeniz gereken yararlı bir şey, normal gözleriniz gibi çalıştığıdır;
bedenimin geri kalanının her yerine bakmaya

If you've been trying to develop your third eye through meditation, one really useful thing to know is it works just like your regular eyes in that there's certain things you can only see out of the corner of your eye. Now, let me explain. When I was nine years old, my parents sent me to an astronomy camp, you know, just one of those summer
things that most parents will send their kids off to. And I remember one lesson, we're in the planetarium, and the teacher has the star map projected up on the ceiling. And he takes his laser pointer, and he points at this really dark spot on
the ceiling. And he tells us to look there, and he asks us what we see. And everyone in the room says, "We don't see anything. It's just a dark spot." Then the teacher goes, "Okay, now look over there, but out of the corner of your eye, look back at the first
spot. Now what do you see?" And because we were looking out of the corner of our eye, we could suddenly see a cluster of stars in that dark spot. And that's because the peripheral vision is a lot better at seeing in the dark. Now, taking this idea back to meditation,
we're gazing into inner space in the same way astronomy is the science of gazing into outer space. I like to lock my mind's eye on my breath, and then out of the corner of the eye, I start to look all around the rest of the body.
And when you do this, you can see a lot of things that you probably didn't initially. You see your body in a whole new way, you see your thoughts in a whole new way, and you start to see and perceive your energy
directly. And then it keeps getting more and more fun because the inner space really is as infinite as the outer space, and every bit as magical.
