Turkey is the guarantor of the Kurds' security, peace, and well-being, as it is for all the brotherly peoples in Syria.

Those who turn toward Ankara and Damascus will prevail; those who uphold the law of brotherhood and good neighborliness will prevail.

But those who lose their bearings and seek new foreign patrons will, sooner or later, lose.

We favor resolving problems through dialogue and diplomacy.
