There are two points I want to draw your attention to. First, now the brothers,

of course, I have spoken with the brothers in charge about the shelling and so on,

about the issue of civilians, what the rules are.

But especially the guys who are going in,

or the guys who are doing the shelling, or the guys who are doing the spotting,

if civilians appear in front of us, we must be careful.

We are fighting the armed groups.

Women, children, elderly people, and so on, killing them, harming them,

beating them, injuring them, this is not allowed from a religious standpoint.

And the second point is, we have been permitted the blood of those fighters,

but we have not been permitted people’s property.
