then you must prove that during a difficult situation in the

country you will defend it, as we are doing. On an equal footing with Ukrainians.

And then you have the right to claim citizenship, a residence permit,

and everything else.

And even if this is proposed now, and the TCC starts to

pay attention to non- residents in exactly the same way……

and if out of these 100 or 150,

according to different information, out of these thousands of such non- residents,

half will go back to their countries… … we will not lose anything.

But the other half must stand and serve shoulder to shoulder with us,

with the same rights… … and defend this right

with real actions, not chatter. And maybe then you have information,

out of these 100 or 150 thousand foreigners… … how many of them are actually

Ukrainians who just bought new passports,

got residence permits… … and basically have, like, another citizenship?

Well, I do not have that kind of information, but if this law is supported,

and I want to stress…… both in the General Staff, and among members of parliament

in all my informal negotiations this was taken as a basis. If this law is adopted,

then the TCC, Army+, Reserve+ will understand…… whether these are Ukrainians,

or Ukrainians who decided not to be Ukrainians and have two passports.
