A large stack of cash, $100 bills, in Moncrieís left jacket pocket.

The money is placed on the trunk of the car.

Immediately Moncrie becomes focused on the cash, saying itís for his girlfriend to pay

bills.

The officer tosses the stack of bills on the passenger seat of the police car and tosses

Moncrie in the back, but when they make it to the police stationÖ

Look, heís moving.

Heís moving in between his legs.

Look at his hand, heís tucking money.

Heís tucking money right in his right hand.

Look at me.

If someone takes your money, it will be a big problem, alright?

No oneís going to take your money.

I can see his hands.

Are you saying that thereís more money in here?

What Iím saying is he just touched my last scene and put it in between his legs.

I heard my rubber band.

Iíve been in no cooperation with you guys.

Iím going to show you right here.

Look.

Do you see any though?

Iím not even going to touch it.

These blue hunnids right here.

Itís all the blue hunnids are right there behind that receipt.

Thank you.

All thatís my money.

You didnít have that.

This is your money?

I heard him crumble it up.

All thatís my money.

Thatís my money.

$900 is tucked inside the driverís side door, but Officer Chapman denies he had anything

to do with how it got there.

Sir, youíve been watching me the whole time.

Iíve seen you take it.

Iíve seen youÖ

Sir.

Sir.

That is not me.

If Iím right, itís going to be around $1,000.

Moncri will not let him off the hook.

Mr. Chapman went in my money.

He separated my money.

He was trying to steal it in our car.

Officer Chapman is taken to a room in the station, and his gun is removed.

Then, the cop, so adamant that he had nothing to do with stealing Moonís money, changed

his tune.

I just want to say Iím sorry.

In a separate room, a supervisor had this to say to Moncri.

Right is right.

Wrong is wrong.

Listen, all right?

CMPD takes this seriously.

Listen.

Now, I always had to say that another way because I feel like cursing right now, all

right?

He removes Moncriís cuffs.

Did you need any water or anything?

And now, itís Officer Chapman whoís shackled in an interrogation room.

After an internal investigation, Officer Henry Chapman is arrested and charged with embezzlement.

He resigned from the police force the next day.

I really feel for the officers that had to arrest their own that day.

Very seldom does that happen that quick.
