companies. 10 of them. 10 competitors all fighting for the school's business, supposedly. So I pulled each company's paperwork, and here's the best part. You can lie to your customers, but you have to tell the state who your boss

is and where you live, and one man's name came back on eight of them, Aaron Kraut. Five companies list him as their boss. These three, nobody runs them. No boss, no employees, no humans at all, except he's the one who signed them into existence.

Two of these, he created one day apart, and 14 weeks later, these two brand-new companies showed up on one Brooklyn school's federal paperwork as its competition. Both of them won, and both of them were signed into existence by the same man, Aaron Kraut. That left two companies that looked genuinely separate.

A man named Eliezer Pasquez built them one week apart in two different states and then handed them off to a man named Yakov Leser, who runs them today. Now, these two names appear nowhere in these first eight companies, so they must be a real second

family, right? But then I looked at who signed Internal Power's own state paperwork in 2024, and guess who I found? Aaron Kraut as an officer. So that's 10 companies with Aaron Kraut's name on nine. There is no separate company.
