Motivational Speech on Resistance and Progress

All brothers, especially those in the Ridwaan Force.

We too are the renewed Mahdi Army,

and we build victory upon victory, and from

victory to victory, so that all our days

and the life of the resistance become victories, milestones, and enduring stands of glory.

Yes, we must not live in the prison of

the past, the prison of self-admiration, the prison of misjudgment,

the prison of past victories, the prison

of past glories. Nor must realism distract us from

ambition, the great dream, and lofty goals.

Nor should we weaken before hardships and shortcomings, or grow weary

and shy away from tackling the impossible. Indeed, continuous work,

striving, sincerity, and renewal to the extent possible,

modernization to the extent possible, development to the extent possible,

keeping pace with changes, preparation and preparation

and theoretical and practical preparation, field preparation,

planning, preparedness, and readiness are the holiest acts of worship

for you, after the divinely ordained devotional duties.
