And unplug the TV from the wall.

Don't look at your reflection in the screen.

Your room isn't visible there anymore.

If Doraemon says the name of a gadget

that you've never heard of,

then leave it on mute.

Let the episode keep playing as is.

When the background starts repeating over and over,

like every five seconds,

you see the same house, the same road, the same sky,

then, to get out of the room,

you have only 30 seconds.

Don't take the remote, and don't take your phone either.

And if, after you go out, from the TV

you hear Doraemon's voice

calling you by your name,

then don't go back.
