Smuggling of Weapons Discovered in Oman

Land-smuggling operations continue. This is one of the trucks

loaded with smuggled weapons.

Of course, it contained 24 missiles, of various types.

It had twelve Kornet missiles and twelve LAW missiles.

It came from Oman's Sarfait border crossing.

This truck, bearing a license plate from the governorate of

Al Mahrah, looks like an ordinary cargo truck, one of many that travel

long routes between governorates. But the reality is quite

different. It is an unusual truck designed specifically

to smuggle weapons to the Houthi militia in Sanaa.

Secret weapons compartments were built beneath

the truck's floor, to place weapons under these openings,

then the panels covering them are folded down beside each other,

and the final opening is covered by this panel, which has

threaded supports that allow it to be raised once the welds

are removed, after these goods are lifted, which were no more than

Decorations to conceal the real cargo that lay

beneath the iron panels under the truck, consisting of 24

missiles, stacked secretly and skillfully,

confirming their senders' expertise in smuggling and concealing weapons,

and sent as goods bound for Sanaa.

However, a Popular Resistance checkpoint managed to discover

the weapons despite the heavy camouflage.

We searched underneath, and some openings were sealed.

They were sealed with a long weld along the underside of the truck.

And

the entire surface was inspected, we removed the cargo and found that they were

welds, meaning they were glued, not welded

with iron.

That's what made us suspicious, so it was removed.

Thank God, these were discovered.
