Turkey's Military Presence Concerns

We will not tolerate, uh, a Turkish military

presence moving south because it threatens us. We made that generally clear.

Now we, uh, saw that there was an intention

for Turkey to establish itself at an airfield south, uh,

of its line near Aleppo, and we sent a message. How should I describe the message to you?

Don't.

Did the message get across?

The message got across, but apparently they, uh, didn't hear it.

So we m-made sure they understood it better.
