When a mujahid captures a nonbeliever, his wife is a slave. No marriage needed.

He can use her sexually.

Even if there are a hundred slave girls, he can.

The same nonbeliever woman has been taken and given to the mujahid, right?

Enough, there are a hundred of them, take her, use her sexually, and go.

There is no need for a marriage contract.

If she has just one illness in her head so that her womb gets cleared,

and no one else has used her, that is it. Okay? Then it is allowed,

a hundred women for him. Now what does this say? Is she an animal?

Yes. When a nonbeliever girl

has fought against the believers and is captured in war,

she is treated like an animal.

As long as she is not being wronged. She is only used sexually, any other work,

any other oppression is not allowed.
