Good afternoon. I'm Rochelle Bilal, the Sheriff

for the City and County of Philadelphia. And

I say her name. Renee Good. Renee Good. 00:00:10,500

--> 00:12,500 Renee Good. 00:00:12,500 --> 00:14,500

Renee Good. 00:00:14,500 --> 00:16,000 Renee

Good. 00:00:16,000 --> 00:19,000 This should

not have happened, but we're here today. 00:19,000

--> 00:24,500 Let know that law enforcement

professionals, real ones, 00:24,500 --> 00:31,000

not the fake made-up ICE probably Trump's uh,

new army to attack citizens of the United States.

I

said?

professional

wears a mask. 00:37,000 --> 00:38,500 None.

-->

00:45,000 Those that come into our communities

wearing a mask to commit crime... 00:45,000

--> 00:50,000 I thank God for our District Attorney

Larry Krasner, who say he's gonna lock 'em up...

now,

we are not gonna whisk you away... 00:55,000

--> 00:58,000 for them to hide your identity...

do

it there, you getting arrested there. 01:03,000

--> 01:06,500 No whisk away for them to hide

you. 01:06,500 --> 01:09,000 None of that here.

01:11,500

--> 01:16,000 Law enforcement professionals

do not shoot at moving vehicles. 01:16,000 -->

01:20,500 Not saying fleeing, 'cause she wasn't

fleeing. She was getting out of the way. 01:20,500

--> 01:25,500 Law enforcement professionals

do not stand in front of moving vehicles...

that

is illegal. 01:29,000 --> 01:31,000 No. We don't.

here

today with all those who stand against the made-up

fake, what you can call ICE... 01:37,000 -->

01:42,000 uh, professional law enforcement,

I don't call 'em none of that. 01:42,000 -->

01:46,000 I call 'em made-up fake wannabe law

enforcement. 01:46,000 --> 01:51,000 Because

what they do is against not only legal law,

but the moral law. 02:00,000 --> 02:02,000 So

I'm with the DA... 02:02,000 --> 02:07,000 and

we will work with them. If any of them wanna

come in this city and commit a crime... 02:07,000

--> 02:11,000 you will not be able to hide,

nobody will whisk you off... 02:11,000 --> 02:13,000

you don't want this smoke... 02:13,000 --> 02:16,000

'cause we will bring it to you. 02:16,000 -->

02:20,000 And the fake, whatever they call 'em,

'cause I can't put, I can't say the name...

in

the White House would not be able to keep you

from going to jail. 02:25,000 --> 02:28,000

Renee Good should be here today. 02:28,000 -->

02:34,000 And to her family, we are saying law

enforcement professionals are not the ones here

in this city that would do that. 02:34,000 -->

02:37,000 But here's the last thing that I will

say. 02:37,000 --> 02:41,000 Law enforcement

professionals around the country do their job.

fighting

for years to build that bridge between us and

our communities. 02:46,000 --> 02:50,000 You

have one negative nutcase that causes this problem...

have

to fight again to let people know law enforcement

works with communities. 02:55,000 --> 03:00,000

These crimes would not be down if we didn't

have communities work with us. 03:00,000 -->

03:02,000 Thank you.
