The sedition has happened — I mean the sedition between the Alawites and the Sunnis has occurred.

The sedition between the Druze and the Arabs has occurred.

Everything is a state without decision, a state without any semblance of sovereignty.

But in substance there is no real state — there is no power on the ground.

The president truly does not want anything by force.

The president's international decisions come from Turkey.

And especially the hostility toward our areas — the hostility toward northeast Syria — comes from Turkey.

From occupying Turkey.

We want a democratic, decentralized Syria to bring the Syrian people together.

We want the March tenth agreement to be genuine.

We want it implemented and applied on the ground.

We want a real Ministry of Defense that represents the entire Syrian army.

So now we come to the incitement.

I mean, the Syrian state should — when it has media institutions —

when any media statement or any statement is issued by channels inside the country's cities.

There must be controls on incitement.

Today, the areas of northeast Syria have no incitement.

No incitement has appeared in the media from the areas of northeast Syria.
