From servicemen who are currently fighting, we often hear the phrase that this is legalized slavery.

A person enters a system in which they have absolutely no rights whatsoever.

And this is exactly what stops a huge number of conscripts from joining the military.

The TCC problem is just the tip of the iceberg that reveals all of this.

That is, at the level of the TCC, we already see this absolute lack of rights.

And everyone understands that further on it will be the same, if not worse.

If a person signs a contract, does it guarantee they will serve under the conditions agreed by both sides in the signed document?

Unfortunately, no. Likewise, it depends very much on the commander.

That is, you signed a contract for certain conditions, but once in the system, you have no guarantees.

Unfortunately, none, that you really... if you have an inadequate commander, or any, I don't know, ambitions of this commander,

and who absolutely doesn't care about his personnel, that's it, you are basically trapped by this inadequacy of your higher leadership.

And you can't actually do anything about it.
