Analysis of Hotel Ownership in Mecca

Have you ever wondered who runs the hotels

where pilgrims to the Sacred House stay?

Imagine that all the hotels in the holy sites belong

to Jewish and American companies implicated

in the killing of the Palestinian people.

So, what are these companies? Which hotels do they control

in Mecca? And what is their connection to the Jewish wars of genocide

against Muslims? First, Marriott,

which manages 14 hotels in Mecca,

most notably the Jabal Omar Marriott hotel chain.

Marriott is an American hospitality company, but

its major shareholders own Israeli weapons companies.

The leading shareholders in this company are

Vanguard, BlackRock, and Morgan Stanley,

These companies own stakes in American arms companies

and Israeli ones, such as data company Palantir and Lockheed

Marriott acknowledges on its official website that it owns hotels

in occupied Palestine, especially in coastal areas.

On May 12, the Israeli Ministry of Finance stated

that Morgan Stanley had become the 13th primary dealer

in Israeli government bonds.

Second: Hilton Group. This group operates 12

hotels in Mecca, and its leading shareholders include

Vanguard, BlackRock, Fidelity Investments,

State Street, and JPMorgan.

Fidelity Investments is one of the largest investors

in the technology sector of the Israeli occupation through

its large shareholdings in Nvidia, Apple,

Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Alphabet.

As for JPMorgan, it is the largest U.S. bank providing

financial funding to Israel, its economy, and its technology and defense sectors.

Third: Accor, which operates 12 hotels in Mecca,

Among them are the six largest hotels and the closest to the Holy Kaaba,

namely the Clock Tower Hotel, Fairmont, and Swiss ôtel Al Maqam,

Swissôtel Makkah, Raffles, Pullman Zamzam, and Mövenpick.

Other hotels are farther from the Grand Mosque precinct and in the city, such as

Novotel Residences, Novotel Makkah, Mercure, and Ibis Styles,

and the Al Hidaya Towers hotel chain. Accor is a

French multinational company in which BlackRock holds

5.3%, and 65% of the shares

are distributed among companies linked to Israeli industries.

Its main shareholders are BlackRock and Vanguard, and these two

companies are among the largest investors.
