Update on Reconstruction in Southern Lebanon

This is the scene we're seeing in the Qa'qaiyat al-Jisr area.

Work crews are still active in this area

to open the road, which, as we can see, has almost become

passable, with cars now crossing it. Until a short while ago,

we ourselves crossed from south of the river to its north via

this route. Of course, we all know that in this area,

the Israeli enemy cut the Qa'qaiyat Bridge during

the war, claiming it was cutting off Resistance supplies

by destroying it. But the enemy, positioned opposite us

exactly, in al-Qusayr, Dar Seryan, Zoutar, and the outskirts of the Litani,

in this area and Khallat Tarraj, and what all these

names mean is that if the Israeli enemy can

stop the waters of the Litani, it can

prevent Resistance fighters from crossing to

every point in southern Lebanon and every point in Lebanon.

We said this during the war, and we saw

precisely what was happening in these areas.

Qa'qaiyah Bridge is one embodiment of

the life we know how to live in Lebanon.

This bridge is now passable, and this is the bridge that was hit

will be rebuilt, and the occupation will inevitably

come to an end
