Islamic Law and Its Societal Impact

Allah Rabbul Alameen is the only entity who

sent a divine scripture for humanity to this world. This

divine scripture was not authored by humans. The laws you make are for your own

benefit. During the interim, during the interim, many ordinances were

issued.

If these become law and someone violates them, then at most you could

face death by hanging. Of this interim, nearly 13

to 14 ordinances were allowed to lapse by the current government. This

All these laws that humans create, they call this dialectical

materialism. And this dialectical materialism originated

in the West. Earlier, the West was not called the West. These were Christian

states. When a conflict between the church

and research arose— that those religions are not updated,

that there are lies

in that religion, that various kinds of things

have been incorporated into that religion,

was intentionally integrated, and as the church went about its own way

and came into conflict with the research of society,

violence escalated, increasing tremendously. Then

they reached an understanding that in the West, the knowledge and research

we produce will run the state. And the state will take an oath to the church,

while the church will remain our overseer.

In this way, they reduced the conflict. And as for this civilization of theirs, a name

had to be given, so they named it Western civilization. Previously, Western civilization was

a Christian

ideology. It was a Christian society at that time. After that,

how should society be run? Laws are needed. To create laws, they

started doing research. Researching on and on, they came up with

a law. They called this a thesis. When this thesis

began to be applied in real life, they then said

some things turn out wrong—that no, this conflicts with real

life. It sounds good, the laws are good, but

it doesn't work in real life. They do another thesis on it. That is what they

call an antithesis. Through the antithesis, some parts of the previous thesis

are discarded and some are kept. What is discarded is discarded for

good. So, thesis, antithesis. Now,

after some time with the antithesis, they see this too is outdated. With this law, society can no longer

"It cannot work. So do more research. Bring in something new again,"

and drop parts from the antithesis. That is then called

synthesis. Thesis, antithesis,

synthesis. In this way, through human knowledge, research,

and intellect, whatever seems good— good today, but bad tomorrow,

good tomorrow, but bad the next day. Through this oscillation of good and bad,

their laws are enacted, which are at times oppressive to people,

sometimes to appease the rulers, or for their benefit, they have only

enacted these laws. This is called dialectic

materialism, dialectical materialism. In the social system,

Western society has offered this dialectical materialism,

creating a chaotic situation within society. The laws that Allah Almighty

has enacted for humanity— Allah has created humans,

has done. And Allah, Lord of the worlds, knows what is best for humanity.

Therefore, His law is the most purified, the most

upgraded, and the one most suitable for humanity,

a law with which we say all of this society's

problems can be solved. Islamic law is never backdated. It

depends on research. Therefore, all our

state's economic problems, political problems, cultural problems,

and personal problems—we want to provide solutions to all of them through Islam,

and Islam has been described as

Arabic.

Islam is a complete way of life, which is called a complete and

comprehensive code of life. In your life, from sleep to

marriage,

family, daily conduct, kinship ties,

education, and socialization— a detailed description of everything

is in this scripture. Even state governance, financial management, all matters

It is within Islam. Islam does not need to borrow from the West. From the East,

it does not need to borrow. It does not need to borrow any law from anyone. No...
