the ministers, members

who come to such a place, understand that talk is not the main thing, but actions.

And I truly thank, every moment, the Master of the Universe, and all the partners,

the prime minister, and the defense minister,

all my friends, and all the partners in the settlement enterprise,

I am grateful for the huge privilege,

truly huge, to be part of a

process of a revolution so great. And what, thank God, is beautiful is that

this revolution does not remain

on paper. By the way,

we in Binyamin, I do not know if you know, head of the council,

thirty communities in one term, just in Binyamin. Now, what is beautiful

is that they do not remain on paper, and do not remain cabinet decisions,

but truly, in full partnership with all the parties, turn into roads, and caravans,

and houses, and families, and life, and children. And that is the amazing thing.

And when you are here,

and also understand why in the end this is the security of Modi'in,

and of Rosh HaAyin, and of Kfar Saba.

You cannot not look at the strategic implications.

And here I connect to one statement and finish, about current affairs.

They always talk about the military leg,

and then about the final diplomatic

leg that is required. There are those who criticize us, saying that when there are

excellent military achievements, there is no final diplomatic leg. So for 30 years

we got used to the final diplomatic leg being a leg of defeat, of surrender.

Yes, they send the army to bring achievements,

and our heroic fighters to risk their lives,

and then they fold everything and surrender. And what can you do,

over the last two and a half years we have been getting everyone used to this being

our final diplomatic leg.

We have a very strong military leg, thank God there are

tremendous military achievements,

on all fronts, truly, great help from Heaven,

and outstanding work by the defense establishment, in all its branches,

commanders and fighters.

And there is a final diplomatic leg.

There will be a final diplomatic pillar in Judea and Samaria,

which will completely kill the idea of partitioning the land and establishing a

terror state in its very heart.

There will be a final diplomatic pillar in Gaza, which will expand our borders.

There will be a final diplomatic

pillar in Lebanon, which will expand our borders, up to the Litani,

to defensible borders.

There will be a final diplomatic pillar in Syria, the crown of Mount Hermon,

and at least the Ha'itz. Yes, there is a military pillar,

there is a diplomatic pillar, both are legs of heroism, of determination,

of faith, of love of the land, of strength.

That is what is respected in our neighborhood, in the Middle East.

And that is what is needed to fortify the security, the existence,

and the future of the Land of Israel.

So thank you very much for one more settlement, and please, from all of us,

let us join hands so we can be partners and merit to establish many,

many more settlements.

Again, in Judea and Samaria, but not only there.

There will be a great deal of work for all of us at six after the war,

to realize these final diplomatic pillars,

in the north, in the south, in the east. In the west there is the sea, but…
