Analysis of Saudi-Yemen Conflict and Humanitarian Crisis

When Saudi Arabia announced Operation Decisive Storm, it did not come

to distribute roses, gifts,

or royal presents to its neighbor Yemen,

only to play the role of mediator and shirk its responsibilities.

Instead, it spread death, destruction, and devastation in every direction,

without exception or discrimination, from Sa'dah to Aden,

and from Al- Hudaydah to Marib,

tearing the geography apart and surrounding it with brigades of death.

Eight years of aggression and blockade, systematic destruction,

and daily killing, both retail and wholesale, tens of thousands of

martyrs proved that the horn of the devil does not respect the rights of neighbors.

By the Lord of the Kaaba, it did not go to Salman.

He remains as he is, with his sovereignty.

The destruction of the Kaaba, stone by stone,

is lesser in the sight of God than the shedding of a Muslim's blood.

O Salman, you dog!

And four years of de- escalation proved the Saudi regime's lack of

intention to bring peace.

It is true that the sounds of explosions have gone silent,

but the chapters of the comprehensive aggression escalated, even without bullets.

An unjust and unjustified blockade and restrictions to try to prevent the

reopening of Sana'a International

Airport and to prevent airlines from resuming commercial and humanitarian flights.

And depriving those with chronic and incurable diseases of importing medicine or

traveling abroad for treatment.

And if an Islamic country sympathizes with besieged and oppressed Yemenis,

as the Islamic Republic of Iran did through its humanitarian flights, Saudi Arabia

framed it as a threat and a violation of sovereignty, and met it with threats and

escalation, further entrenching the blockade and attempting to restore guardianship.

Sana'a Airport is not the whole story, as the Saudi blockade is not

limited to it, but extends to include land crossings and seaports.

Amidst the Al- Aqsa Flood and Yemeni support for Gaza, Saudi Arabia,

in cooperation with Britain,

imposed additional measures on ships coming to the port of Hodeidah.

Under the pretext of inspection,

collective punishment is practiced, as the Saudi regime detains and deliberately

delays them in Djibouti for periods ranging between two and four months,

aiming to increase merchants' losses and transport costs through what is known

as demurrage, subsequently raising commodity prices to 400% of their

actual value. And deepening

the humanitarian and economic disaster for the Yemeni people.

And the more the suffering of the Yemenis increases, the more the Saudi regime's

satisfaction grows.

The Saudi regime's policy in Yemen does

not differ in its goals from the policy of the Israeli enemy in the Gaza Strip.

De- escalation here and a ceasefire there did not spare the people of Gaza and

Yemen from a comprehensive aggression and an unjust blockade,

and systematic destruction of infrastructure and the economy,

and absolute deprivation of sovereign wealth and cutting off salaries.

And this is what prompted the Yemenis here,

after eight years of aggression and blockade, four years of patience,

giving excuses, and exhausting all peace efforts,

to meet blockade with blockade and prepare to confront a comprehensive war with

a comprehensive war, and that is the natural, legal, moral,

and religious response to the Saudi regime's intransigence.

And because martyrdom in the trenches of jihad to

confront tyranny is more honorable than dying behind the walls of blockade,

neglect, and oblivion.

This is what the Yemenis emphasize, and what provokes and mobilizes them.

" That is so.

And whoever retaliates with the like of that with which he was afflicted then he

is oppressed, Allah will surely help him.
