Now no Messi fans, shut up. Shut up your mouth.

On top MLS Cup, you not allow us to rest since

yesterday. You people don't have shame. You

and your goats don't have shame. So if we are

doing GOAT debate now, people are bringing trophies,

you bring MLS Cup. You don't have shame. How

have the standards fallen?

From winning Ballond'Ors, World Cup, all those

things... ...World Cup that was even rigged.

Now is MLS Cup you people are using to boast.

Where is your shame?

Where is your pride?

Tuh!

I pour you spit, Messi fans. Since yesterday,

noise, noise, noise. I was even thinking, what

did Messi even win that this noise is everywhere?

What is this noise all about that Messi fans

are saying?

I didn't know that it's a shameful MLS Cup.

Shame!

Shame!

(Laughs) Come on, jo. I

will say something before I say any other thing.

Winning the MLS outside Europe is bigger than

winning any other trophy. The MLS is bigger

than any other league outside Europe. Historically.

This is where the greats went to retire. Pelé.

Cruyff. Beckham. They all went there. The advent

of the Saudi League is just because of money.

That is all. But traditionally, historically,

it holds no water. Nothing. (Laughs) Think say

play. This is impact. This is what you call

impact. Lionel Messi, when he chose to leave

Europe, when he went to the MLS... ...he looked

around. He didn't go to the easy teams. He didn't

go to the best teams. No. He went to the worst

team. ESPN released a data immediately when

he went there that Messi has gone to the worst

team in the MLS. The worst. Emphasis on the

worst. Not average team. The worst. Zero trophies

in their history. This brother came in. His

first season, he picked up a cup for them. They

say it's a friendly cup, this and that. Just

a few days earlier. He picked up for them. Is

it the Eastern or Western Conference?

They say that's not a major trophy o, that it's

a semi-final trophy. Do you know why I like

Messi?

He will prove you wrong. That's his work now.

Before, he used to give years, you know. Before,

he lost the World Cup in 2014 and won in 2022.

He was called an international fraud for many

years. He corrected it many years later. But

now, he no dey give chance. Two days later,

he don correct you. Now he has won this trophy

to show you say he dey play, he dey show. This

is impact. You go to the worst team possible...

...and you win all the domestic trophies for

them. What Messi has done, right, is one of

the greatest ever achievements in his career.

It's bigger than many other things he has done.

At least historically, Barça was a big team.

Historically, Argentina is a big team. They

have seen success. This team has never tasted

success. He went there. Brought in his players

that were on their last legs. He even became

a sporting director. Come, De Paul. Come, Alba.

Come, Busquets. I will give you something before

you retire. And he has done that. And I tell

you right now, this his move to America is one

of the greatest ever choices he has made. He

has the biggest population in the world... or

yeah, one of the biggest, and the strongest

country in the world... ...at his back as the

GOAT. Donald Trump will be calling this guy

the GOAT. Millions upon millions of Americans

will be calling this guy the GOAT. Because they

don't even need to know about football normally.

But now they have seen this one that they are

seeing magician. See impact in a final. Two

assists. That is how it is done. Messi always

wants to be involved. He will not just stay

back and... No, no, no. He cannot be carried.

He will never allow himself to be carried. He

must be impactful. And that is how you do it.

48 trophies. 48 trophies. Finalissima and World

Cup. If this guy reach 50 trophies... See, right

now, you cannot argue that Messi is not the

GOAT without looking like a clown. Because there

is no angle you will come from that Messi will

not counter you. None. So congratulations once

more to Messi. And Messi fans, make your noise.

What this guy has done with this particular

team... Allen dey... Mascherano... Silveti...

all these boys... ...go just dey thank God say

Messi don come. He has carried all of them to

glory. And that is how you are a true GOAT.
