¡Yupi!

Original transcript (English)
Yay! The benevolent and all-knowing government froze the rents! Increasing demand while decreasing supply? What could possibly go wrong? My landlord still hasn't fixed the AC. I thought that removing the incentive to invest would encourage investment. Developers stopped proposing apartment buildings?
It must be because they hate affordable housing. The waitlist for an apartment is only 30 years. Yay! Progress! Every rent-stabilized unit is occupied forever. Housing crisis solved!
Yay! The government is expropriating private property because the landlord couldn't afford to maintain the building. Everything is going according to plan. My landlord says the hole in the roof can wait until next year. Nothing motivates new construction like making construction less profitable.
This has totally worked out every time it's been tried before.
