Five Uses of Castor Oil for Health

The five ways to use castor oil that most people don't know,

but they need to.

Method one is the gut healing method.

Put castor oil on a pack and put that on your abdomen and let it sit

overnight. This is gonna penetrate deep into your

abdominal wall.

It's actually gonna help to detoxify your colon, your abdomen, reduce
