Facebook Account Suspension Controversy

My Facebook account with over 650,000

followers has been

suspended in this country.

It has been suspended because

it asked tough questions.

There isn't just the government

behind this suspension,

there's also a very powerful baba who

does business in the name of Swadeshi.

That baba filed a

trademark strike, claiming that I

am selling counterfeit products in the name

of that baba's major

institution. Whereas I

audited all the bans imposed on that institution,

which were imposed by order of the Supreme Court

and all the fines imposed by FSSAI.

and I explained

what fines that baba had paid on which

products over the past ten years

and when he published apologies in

newspapers for his false advertisements.

Some of these videos were two months old,

some were four months old

and some were as old as six months.

All three videos received

trademark strikes at once.

chance of the account being saved.

This legal battle

is as much legal as it is social.

You all know that

company too. I can’t name it, but I can tell you that it has

duped the people of this country

in the name of Swadeshi,

wherever it has done so,

based on Supreme Court orders

and all FSSAI regulations,

I made that video.

I didn’t sell any fake product.

The act I was accusing that product of,

that very accusation was made against me,

and my Facebook was

suspended.

Besides this, I received more than seven

community and copyright

strikes. One strike

was because when some thugs were beating children,

I called out that video and said

incidents like this should not happen,

and the Delhi Police should take cognizance of it.

So the official account that posted the video,

Don't remove the video from that account.

Put a strike on me for

calling that thing wrong.

That video was removed.

More than seven videos of

Delhi Police brutality

were deleted, suspended in India,

and the account was

sent to the restricted

zone. After that, this account was suspended. Now my appeal

to you is to share this video as widely as possible.

Get it to people.

The fight will be fought legally.

We didn't come here to create Instagram or

Facebook accounts. All these things can be rebuilt.

We came here to demand what is right,

and we will keep doing that.
