Dear President Trump, Words matter. Calling

someone the R-word is a dirty, disgusting insult.

It is demeaning. It blinds people from seeing

capabilities. It's hurtful. And it destroys

dignity. We are hard-working, capable individuals.

Mr. President, we are not punchlines. Please

lead by example. We are a better nation than

this. Our country deserves more from our leaders.

If we truly want to make America great again,

we can start by treating people with respect.

Let's rise up. Because words do matter.
