square meters for a smaller dog, and so

there is a need to invest. That is a logical question.

If someone is… a degenerate, we have people like that

in the countryside and in the city, who are not able

to give their dog… water or food.

If they get an offer… from the Polish

government, from the Polish president and from Polish

law to invest in a kennel of ten or twenty square

meters… then, ladies and gentlemen, you assume

that they will take five thousand or maybe three thousand for

their own pocket… go to the nearest store

and start an investment with a hardened…

…path, with a roof and with a twenty-square-meter kennel?

Has anyone asked themselves what will happen

to those dogs… that do not get a bowl of water

And food?

What will happen to a dog that a person does not give

a bowl of water and food, and will have to invest…

…in paving, in a twenty-meter kennel

and in a roof?

The fate of that dog is sealed.
