Understanding Energy and Manifestation

If everything is made of energy, and energy is neither created or destroyed, then all things already exist in an energetic and vibrational state. Recognizing this truth is the secret to manifestation. When you desire something, it already belongs to you on an energetic plane. If you can experience its energy, the feeling of it, you possess it.
Persist in this sensation, this potent energy, and observe as it morphs from waveform to particle, from ethereal energy to tangible matter. Feel the reality of what you want, and stay in that feeling until you see it in your reality.
