In the Battle of Dumlupınar, in the final battle, we used trucks from France. France gave us trucks and weapons.

In Italy and France, our people never say this. Because our rhetoric is like this,

We fought against seven powers, against imperialism.

Yet the weapons were French weapons, the trucks French trucks.

We didn't act harshly even toward England, and England did not help Greece at all in the last two years.

No one says this. England neither gave weapons nor money to Greece; it gave nothing.

Note that England left Greece alone for the last two or three years.
