O leaders of this

Islamic and

Arab nation,

and its elites,

its major parties,

and its scholars,

You are our opponents before Almighty God.

You are the opponents of every orphaned child and every bereaved mother,

and of every displaced person,

every homeless one, every wounded and grieving and starved.

Where is the nation of Muhammad?

Where is the billion- strong nation?

Where is the one who prays

in the first row?

This is what has emerged from under the rubble,

that your necks are weighed down with the blood of tens of thousands of innocent

people who were betrayed by your silence.

And this criminal,

Nazi- like enemy would not have carried out this genocide

in your hearing and before your eyes unless it had felt safe from punishment,

guaranteed silence,

and purchased betrayal.

We do not absolve anyone of responsibility for this bleeding blood,

nor do we exempt anyone

who has the ability to act.

Each according to his capacity and influence, for by God,

we see the humiliation,

the enemy’s contempt for our nation,

and its violation of it,

and its rampage within it.

Our hearts bleed with pain because we know the cowardice,

weakness, and abasement of this enemy,

and its true size,

and we know before that the divine truth about it:

you are more to be feared in their hearts than God.

If only he had been met with the honor of Islam by its people and the lost

Arab chivalry,

but instead there is weakness God is sufficient for us,

and He is the best disposer of affairs
