All the filth that is piled up in my mind, the random junk I eat and drink,

the messed- up environment I create, the deceit I engage in,

the way I look down on others with contempt,

the way I torment someone who is weak,

I do all this only because I have the power to do it.

In the heart of the one who does not have any of these attitudes,

only in that person’s home will devotion enter. Otherwise it can never enter,
