So my dear, when you show the picture of the bus, I swear we do not get upset,

I mean where were we going? We were going to another home. That home had problems,

so they went to the second home. Who went? The vulnerable. The elders, the children,

the pregnant women, and by the grace of God after God, it was this people.

The Saudi people turned feelings of fear and dread into feelings of love,

gratitude, and brotherhood.

So why does my mother still remember, glory be to God,

these situations in Saudi Arabia from before… How were her friends,

how were they, you know? Do you know what my mother is like?

My mother put on the niqab because

her Saudi friends kept telling her,“ Wear niqab, wear niqab.”

She was not that young, you know, she was nineteen or twenty,

so she would always tell me her stories with her friends. I was born there,

so their actions, glory be to God, are never forgotten.

So when you show a picture of a bus, I swear we do not get upset,

my dear, because it is not an insult, you know, we were going to another home.

We have two houses, thank God, and that is it, may we be well every year.

And calm down, honestly I swear,

I am not sitting here attacking anyone with my words. Even the Iraqi people,

I have no problem with them today, on the contrary, I love them.

Because I mixed with them before, back in the days of exile. So my problem is
