On the twenty- first of last February, which corresponded to

the third of Hoot and the blessed month of Ramadan to the fourth, late at night,

the Pakistani military regime,

in Paktika and Nangarhar provinces, bombed the homes of civilian people,

and in this bombing,

in Behsood district of Nangarhar, the home of one of our

oppressed civilian compatriots was completely destroyed, and it caused deaths and

injuries to twenty- two members of his family. In this brutal attack,

seventeen members of Nezakhat Khan’s family,

most of whom were women and children, were martyred, and five others were wounded.

The Pakistani regime accepted responsibility for the mentioned attack,

and described it as a TTP center.

But domestic and international media reported the facts

at the scene of the incident, and it became clear that in this attack civilians

were martyred. Since the Islamic Emirate has

the full right to defend its own people and the territorial integrity of

the country,

regarding this clear and unlawful aggression…

He warned of revenge and vengeance that would eventually February 26th,

the eighth of the month of Hut and the

ninth night of the blessed month of Ramadan The Pakistani army has

been stationed at the posts and outposts along the imaginary Durand Line.

Carried out widespread attacks and operations by dozens of

militias that kill children and innocent civilians And brings them to justice for

the Pakistani military regime, continuously, Afghanistan’s airspace has been

violated In Kabul, Laghman, Nangarhar, Kunar, Khost, Paktika and

Kandahar provinces, the homes of civilians, mosques, madrasas,

public facilities, and three temporary settlements or camps of

returning refugees — Inzargai Camp in Kandahar, Umari Camp in Torkham,

and the refugees’ camp in Kunar— were targeted.

In these airstrikes and mortar attacks in Nangarhar, Kunar, Paktika, Khost, Paktia,

and Kandahar provinces So far, unfortunately,

one hundred and ten of our civilian and ordinary compatriots have been martyred,

among whom more than sixty- five were women and

children and another one hundred and twenty- three people, whose clear majority

are also women and children, are wounded. In these attacks,

in addition to the casualties among ordinary civilians,

they have also suffered extensive financial losses. So far, thirty- seven

houses have been

completely and three hundred and sixteen

partially destroyed in these bombings. Likewise, twelve shops and nineteen mosques,

as well as one clinic and one madrassa,

have been partially and completely destroyed in these attacks.

Because of these savage bombings and mortar fire, eight thousand four hundred of our

families have been displaced.

They have been forced to leave their villages and homes in this blessed month

of Ramadan.

The Islamic Emirate condemns this aggression and the targeting of

civilians in the strongest possible terms. They call it a crime, and in this regard

they call on international human rights organizations, the United Nations and other

relevant bodies to condemn these attacks and civilian casualties,

to stand with the oppressed Afghan people to prevent them, and to stop

this brazen and aggressive act of the Pakistani military.

The defense and security forces of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

have the legitimate right to defend and protect their territory and their people,

and by making use of this lawful right,

they will stand against the enemy until this aggression

and assault have been halted.
