In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds

The One who honors His believing servants

And humiliates the disbelievers and the criminal wrongdoers,

even if after a while

Praise be to God,

who says “ And

remember when you were few

Oppressed in the land,

fearing that people might snatch you away,

so He sheltered you So He sheltered you and supported you with His victory,

and provided you with good things so that you might be grateful” And He,

glorified be He, also says

“ Among the believers are men who were true to what they pledged to God

So among them is he who has fulfilled

his vow and among them is he who is waiting

And they have not changed in the least”

And blessings and peace Be upon our Prophet,

the struggler,

the martyr Who strove for God as He truly deserves to be

striven for And was harmed for the sake of God but was patient

So there came to him from his Lord victory and empowerment.

As for what follows

Peace be upon you

And God’s mercy and His blessings

We greet you from the land of dignity and pride

The land of jihad,

martyrdom, purity,

and majesty

And we take pride in belonging to Gaza the Mighty

And in our great pride in its people,

the great mujahideen,

patient and seeking their reward from God

The heirs of the prophets,

the descendants of Muhammad

May God’s prayers and peace be upon him

O noblest of people

O greatest of people

O elite of God from

His servants

in the elite

of His lands

O you truthful ones

who wait and

never change

in the least

Peace be upon you for all that you endured

How excellent is the final home

Peace be upon Gaza

Upon its soil

and its water

And its sky

and its air

Peace be upon its men,

its women, and

its children

Peace be upon its resistance fighters and its heroes

Peace be upon you for all that you have borne of the pains of loss,

captivity, and wounds

And the torments of

displacement,

peace be upon you

As you suffer today the hardship of life and the cold of winter

Peace be upon your

worn- out tents

And your cracked houses

And upon your exhausted bodies

But your souls

And your faith and

your resolve

And your certainty in God are stronger

Than anything all the enemies and conspirators imagine

Those who take pleasure in your suffering

And await your

downfall Yet how could they ever achieve that,

by God’s permission

You are glory itself and the opening of a glorious history

And what pride and

honor it is

That the blood of the fighters mixes with the blood of their families

And that the leaders and their families stand in the midst

of the ranks of those who sacrifice

With everything they possess

For we are of you and

you are of us

Together we have offered,

with contented souls

The most precious thing we possess

In response to the call of our Lord and in hope of what is with Him

And we are certain that God will never let our deeds be lost

And with Him,

this pure blood will not be lost.

Trust in your Lord.

The tables will turn on the oppressors,

even if after a while.

And never think that God is

unaware of what the

oppressors do.

O sons of our people,

wherever you

are present,

in Gaza, Jerusalem,

the West Bank,

the occupied interior,

and the diaspora,

O sons of our great,

far- reaching nation,

O all the free people of the world,

today we

announce to you,

with all pride and honor,

a great constellation of the sons of our people,

and of the heroic

fighters who met

their fate,

after the occupation violated the truce,

and resumed its

criminal war

last March,

to join a long caravan of

righteous martyrs.

Here we especially mention

a group of the valiant Qassam commanders

who rose in

the battlefield,

and in the command and control rooms,

as they stood at their posts,

carrying out their

jihad duties

without weariness

or boredom.

We announce the great commander,

the martyr fighter,

Muhammad al- Sinwar,

Abu Ibrahim,

Chief of Staff of the Izz al- Din al-

Qassam Brigades,

a worthy successor to a worthy predecessor,

a man of exceptional intellect,

who led the Qassam Brigades through

an extremely

difficult phase.

As successor to the great martyr of the nation

Abu Khaled al- Deif

After having been the commander of the Operations Division during

the Al- Aqsa Flood

He had a major contribution

And a prominent role

in planning and

carrying out

the glorious

operation of

October seventh

As well as supervising

the various

details of the

defensive plan

And confronting the brutal occupation’s

aggression against Gaza

A path our great

commander began

decades ago

Marked by great milestones

From sacred vengeance to

shattered delusion

And from commanding

the Khan Younis Brigade to a series of senior leadership positions in al- Qassam

To be granted martyrdom on the frontlines of honor and glory

We also bid farewell to the great commander

Muhammad Shabana

Abu Anas Commander of the Rafah Brigade in the al- Qassam Brigades

Who was martyred together with Commander Abu Ibrahim al- Sinwar

And a group of their fellow commanders and fighters Abu Anas,

the companion on the

path of the two

great commanders

Abu Shamala

and al- Attar

And the exceptional commander Who made

contributions in

various positions

From media to supply

The hero known to the south for his special operations

From the shattered illusion to the warning of explosion

To the capture of Hadar Goldin

And not ending with the great creativity

That was recorded by the heroic mujahideen of Rafah during Al- Aqsa Flood

We also convey to you the great commander

Hikm Al- Issa, Abu Omar

The devoted,

migrant mujahid

The God- fearing,

humble leader

Modest among his brothers

Steadfast and

bold in the fields of confrontation

Who roamed countries carrying the trust of jihad

in Palestine

Lebanon, Syria,

and many lands knew him

Before he finally settled in

the land of

mighty Gaza

To continue the path of jihad

And to pass on his expertise to his mujahideen brothers

in the land of Palestine

He moved through various

leadership positions

Most notably

the Training

Wing and the Board of Military Institutes and Colleges

Ending with the Combat

Weapons Wing

And we convey the great commander

Who recently joined this caravan

The martyred sheikh

Raed Saad, Abu Muadh,

Head of the Manufacturing

Wing in the Al- Qassam Brigades

And former head of its Operations Wing

The dignified,

God- fearing sheikh

Whom the fields of jihad have known since the beginnings

Who joined his nights to his

days in giving

and sacrifice,

becoming the

commander of Gaza’s First Brigade

then moved between different command posts

and the many

fronts of jihad

and concluded his journey by leading the military manufacturing system

which produced Al- Qassam’s weapons independently

with devout

Palestinian hands

from the bullet

to the rifle

from the rocket to the charge and the shell

from the boat

to the drone

these weapons

which played a decisive

role in crossing October

seventh and

in the ensuing

defensive battle,

and as we stand

before you in

this position

we can only pause in

reverence and great

esteem before

the one who

holds this rank

who so often appeared to you with his

powerful voice

and his truthful words

and his awaited glad tidings

the masked man whom

millions loved

and eagerly awaited his appearances

and saw in him a source of inspiration

and in his red keffiyeh

an icon for all the free people of the world

the great martyred commander

the spokesperson of Al- Qassam Brigades

Abu Ubaida,

the roaring voice

of the nation

and the man of the word and the stance

the heartbeat of Palestine,

its Jerusalem, its people,

and its resistance fighters

The Al- Qassam

media commander,

who left a great impact

on the souls of the nation’s sons,

this knight

who never cut

himself off from his

people in the

darkest times,

addressed them from the heart of the battle,

bringing them glad tidings,

strengthening them,

and consoling them,

and patting

their shoulders

despite the

extreme danger and

repeated targeting.

The enemy’s public had

long awaited him before

his own people,

to hear from him

the decisive

word and the

certain news,

and today we

announce him to our nation and our people

with his real

name and kunya:

we announce the great commander

Hudhayfah Samir Abdullah Al- Kahlout,

Abu Ibrahim,

who dismounted after two

decades of vexing

the enemies

and cooling the hearts of the believers,

and he met God in the best of states.

And what sign is more indicative

of sincerity with God

than that God raises his mention among all people

and grants him acceptance on earth?

He dismounted after having led

the Al- Qassam media apparatus with full competence,

and together with his brothers,

inscribed what

both friend and foe saw as an honorable performance.

He conveyed to the world the course of the Al- Aqsa Flood in its finest form,

and the heroics of the Gaza fighters that astonished the world

and enraged the enemies.

The commander Huzaifa al- Kahlout has passed away,

and we inherited from him his title Abu Ubaida,

so peace be upon you among the immortal.

And we pledge to continue the journey.

And the blood of

our people,

our fighters,

and our commanders

that was shed on the land of Gaza in the

noblest battles

is truly a proof against everyone

and a reason for the nation to rise and shake off the dust

and to mobilize in support of Palestine and Al- Aqsa,

for which Gaza has given its most precious possessions.

An excuse before God,

that it has fulfilled

its duty and still does,

and its sons will not let the banner fall until victory over the enemies

or martyrdom in the path of God,

defending the most just cause known to modern history.

And we in the Izz al- Din al- Qassam Brigades,

after more than two months since the announcement

of the halt of the war of extermination

that lasted for two

full years,

and the entry

into force of

the ceasefire,

affirm the following.

First, the seventh of October

was a resounding explosion in the face of injustice,

oppression, and siege,

and all forms of

aggression against our

Al- Aqsa and our people,

which crossed all red lines.

And it ignored all the

demands and warnings,

and treated

all charters and

agreements with

utter contempt

The flood came to correct the course and bring back the cause,

which had begun

to slip into the

depths of oblivion,

to the forefront

and it awakened the consciences of the free people in the nation and the world

and exposed the Nazi occupation

and its sadism, its crimes,

and its acts of extermination

and made it a criminal fugitive from justice

Our great people through their steadfastness and sacrifices,

foiled everything the enemy had planned starting with

displacement

passing through

concentration camps and death traps,

and not ending with renewed settlement

It also brought down all the aims of the war,

for the enemy did not succeed in stripping the spirit of

resistance from the people of Gaza,

but instead bequeathed a blood feud in every Palestinian home

Nor was it able to recover its captives by force,

for they returned only through exchange after

the valiant

Shadow Unit

safeguarded them

throughout the

battle Second,

the ceasefire

that came into

effect more than

two months ago

and the stopping of the blood torrent that flowed

on the soil of Gaza

before the eyes and ears of a tyrannical world

It only came as a fruit of our people’s steadfastness their sacrifices,

and the steadfastness of their resistance fighters,

and if it had been left to our enemy,

and if it had found submission or surrender among our people and their

resistance fighters,

it would not have stopped its extermination of humans,

stones, and trees.

And despite all the attacks and violations that took place

since the war stopped,

which crossed

every red line,

the resistance

fulfilled all its obligations and acted with the utmost

sense of responsibility,

out of consideration for the interests of our people,

and in order to deny the occupation the opportunity as it tries to

fabricate false

pretexts to return

to bloodshed,

while we affirm that our right to respond to its crimes is

an inherent and

guaranteed right,

and we call on

all concerned

to rein in the occupation,

to stop its aggression,

and to force it to abide by what was

agreed upon.

We also call on everyone concerned

to work on stripping the occupation of its lethal weapons,

which have been and are still being used to exterminate our people and to

aggress against the countries of the region,

instead of being preoccupied

with the Palestinians’ light rifles,

which the enemy

is trying to use as a flimsy pretext

to sabotage the cease-

fire agreement.

Our people are defending themselves and will not give

up their weapons as long as the occupation remains,

and they will not surrender even if they fight with their fingernails Rafah

and its brave,

strong men who

chose martyrdom over surrender

are the best

witness and proof,

third In addition to the occupation’s aggression against Gaza

and its blatant violation of the cease- fire

its aggression against Al- Aqsa Mosque,

the West Bank,

and the prisoners

is taking an

escalating turn

from violating the sanctity of Al- Aqsa to displacing our people in the

West Bank camps

and the rampaging of the settlers in its streets

and the effort to complete the annexation project which the usurpers' government

is rushing to implement

on the ground

Add to all of that

the brutal aggression against our heroic prisoners

and the legalization

of the execution of prisoners

This aggression and others like it

require the sons

of our people to confront it

and also send a message to all the free people of the world

that the occupation's aggression has not stopped

and therefore their

movement must not

stop either

but should continue and intensify publicly,

politically,

and legally so that the criminals do not escape punishment

And it is an act of loyalty that we salute those who stood with our people from

among the heroes of the nation

in the Yemen of faith

and Lebanon,

Iraq, and Iran

and the free people of Jordan and other countries and all who stood with

our people in various forums

and from among the free people of the world who organized

marches and events and

Freedom Flotillas.

Fourth from the land of Gaza,

the land of glory and pride

which is dying on its feet,

refusing to bow down or let the banner fall

we call upon

the sons of

our nation:

Help Gaza which,

even if the sounds of the cannons have quieted there

is still suffering terribly

and it is your duty to

relieve it and lessen its suffering,

and you are able to do that

and this is the least that can be offered

to its people

after so many

abandoned them while

they were being

exterminated and know that whoever remains silent about the injustice

inflicted on his brothers in Arabhood and in Islam must then await his

own turn for violation and aggression

and the pressing duty on the nation is to stand as

one rank in the face of its first enemy

who adds to its target bank every day a new capital from among its capitals

And he wants to turn the countries of the region into a gateway to establish

what he calls Greater Israel and the best

proof of that

is his ongoing aggression against

Lebanon and sister

Syria And here,

we must extend our

greetings to our

people in Syria

who confronted the Zionist aggression with their own bodies

after being left all alone So awaken,

O nation of Islam

and realize the frailty of this puffed- up enemy

who was humiliated on the land of Gaza,

and know that the autumn of the occupation has begun and that the curse of the

eighth decade has descended upon it

and that another battle today is shaking its pillars and gnawing at its structure,

and this is among the glad tidings of its demise,

God willing And the curses of the

blood of children,

women, and the innocent will remain

and the woes

of destroying crops and

offspring will

pursue it until

all creatures,

even stone and tree, reject it,

even if it is isolated and the bond of people’s support is cut off from it

and the beginning of its decline after its rise and great corruption

is truly a proclamation of the nearness of its end,

the destruction of its arrogance,

and the fulfillment of the promise of the Hereafter,

and in whose shadow justice will

be manifested for everyone who committed crimes against our people and everyone who

coordinated He printed and colluded with our enemy,

and everyone who cooperated with the occupier and accepted being its agent.

Then he was thrown down humiliated on the side of the road.

Or he fell killed,

as happened to the one who assumed the greatest share of it among them weeks ago.

And finally,

O our people,

O our nation,

O great people of Gaza,

O lofty mountains of Gaza,

O our fathers and

mothers and

brothers and sons,

O our striving families,

and our valiant clans,

we are your sons, and it is an honor for us.

We kiss your

heads and bow in

reverence to you.

And we promise you that we will remain loyal

to you and to your sacrifices.

Just as we lived together through

suffering and pain,

we will rebuild together what the occupation destroyed.

We will bind up the wounds and gently wipe the heads of the afflicted,

and with trust in God

your sacrifices will not be in vain,

and God has honored

every one of your homes by granting it a share in the battle to defend Al- Aqsa,

and He has cast into

your hearts beautiful

patience and enveloped you in His subtle kindness.

This is a grace from God upon you,

because you are the beloved of the Messenger of God,

those who grasp burning coals,

who find no helpers in standing

for the truth,

and because you are the best of those stationed on the frontlines,

and the best of your frontline is Ashkelon.

It is your right to raise your heads high despite the pain.

For God has chosen

you and singled you out

to be the people worthy of these divine gifts and these prophetic glad tidings that

every Muslim longs for

on the face of this earth,

and what is with God is better and everlasting

And on that day— good news for the

patient believers—

it will be as if they had never tasted misery at all.

Truly, the allies

of God will

have no fear,

nor will they grieve

The patient are only given their reward in full without measure,

and God prevails over His affair, but

most people

do not know

And indeed it is a striving:

victory or martyrdom.

And peace be upon you,

and the mercy of God and His blessings
