We did not start this war.

Our nation will not accept that

in the span of nine months, their country

is attacked twice, while they were seriously

and in good faith engaged in diplomatic negotiations. They will not accept that

two evil regimes

ignite a fire against our country

and impose it, and whenever

they feel the pain, whenever they run into trouble

in securing their equipment, when they have trouble defending themselves,

they strike a cease- fire pose,

put on a show, and then after a while start such aggression again. The aggressor

according to reason, logic, and international law, must be held accountable.

It must be ensured that this war

or these wars will not again, from time to time, be imposed on our region,

on our country.

Therefore, under the current circumstances, taking into account

the experience of the month of Khordad, our armed forces, our people,

our state are determined to defend

for as long as necessary, until the enemy

reaches the conclusion that it cannot, whenever it wishes To start a war

against Iran and stop it whenever he wants

and simply declare it halted.

Our armed forces have shown and are determined, for as long as necessary,

for as long as they themselves deem it necessary,

to continue the heroic defense of Iran.
