Investigating Links Between Politicians and Terrorists

From supporting terrorists through joint conferences in Ramallah to

meetings with the organization that invaded Israel on October 7.

A new investigation exposes ongoing ties and close relations

between Hadash Knesset members and senior terrorist organization officials.

Our reporter, Achikam Himmelfarb, brings us the story tonight.

October 7, 2023, terrorists from the Democratic Front

for the Liberation of Palestine invade the Gaza Envelope communities

and take part in the massacre orchestrated by Yahya Sinwar.

The fact that this terrorist organization actively took part in the massacre and in active fighting

against the IDF during the war and long before it does not prevent

Hadash Knesset members from continuing to maintain a warm relationship

with a female activist even today. As an investigation by Ad Kan reveals.

These remarks were made by Knesset member Aida Touma-Suleiman of the

Hadash party at a conference in Ramallah in June about the situation of

Israeli Arabs during the war, titled, “Palestinians Inside Israel

During a Genocide.” Beside the Knesset member sits Ramzi

Rabah, a member of the leadership of the Popular Front terrorist organization.

Hadash represents a communist ideology and therefore, over the years,

has found common ground with secular, left-wing Palestinian terrorist organizations like

the Democratic Front and the Popular Front.

Here, in 2010, Hadash party members, including Ofer Cassif

and Ayman Odeh, who were not yet members of Knesset, are with the arch-terrorist Nayef Hawatmeh,

founder of the Democratic Front and responsible for the Ma'alot massacre in 1974.

Hadash, and here is Ayman Odeh on another visit to Hawatmeh

And not only the Democratic Front, Hadash also actively supports

terrorists from other terrorist organizations. Here, in an official Hadash post

from 2014, is a message from prison by the terrorist Ahmed Saadat,

who is responsible for the murder of Minister Rehavam Ze'evi, in which he calls on Palestinians to support

the prisoners.

Here in 2015, Suleiman and Jabareen alongside terrorist Khader

Adnan, who was one of the leaders of Islamic Jihad in Judea

and Samaria, and here,

on the Facebook page of one of Hadash's branches in the Galilee, a post in memory of Khalil al-Wazir,

one of Fatah's leaders responsible for many attacks.

The post read: "He taught the Israeli enemy lessons that every

Palestinian

must remember." This is what Avichai Shorshan, CEO

of the Ad Kan organization, said on the matter.

Anyone who reads the full study we published at Ad Kan will understand that the connection between the Democratic Front

and the Popular Front and the Hadash party running for the Knesset

is a longstanding matter, an ongoing matter. It's not an isolated case of someone misspeaking.

This should raise doubts and questions, and I think, at the very

least,

the Israeli police should, uh, discuss the matter.

At the social level, the Communist movement is the dominant movement in Hadash.

As part of its activities for children and youth, it ensures that it instills in them what

they perceive as Palestinian heritage.

There isn't enough space to list all the meetings, publications, and expressions of support

for terrorists by Hadash members, and despite all this, the party continues

to run in the Knesset elections. Its representatives will also be in the next Knesset,

and unfortunately, there are left-wing politicians who see it as a partner

in a coalition that will replace the right-wing government.
