Before God, before us is Paradise or Hell. This is your homeland,

this is your country. If you do not defend it,

then you have lost Yemen,

and if you lose it,

nothing will remain of the Arabs.

But we have faith

and trust in God,

then in the words of the Prophet— peace and blessings be upon him— who said:

There is no Kisra after today,

there is no Kisra after today.

This failed project

will fall, it

will die, it will fail, in confirmation of the words of the Prophet,

peace and blessings be upon him.

I ask God, by His grace and generosity,

to gather me and you in the abode of His honor.

And that is why we seek only one of the two best outcomes, just as the Companions,

may God be pleased with them, did— either victory

or martyrdom.

One of the Companions had his hand cut off,

so he took the sword with the other hand,

and fought, then that one was cut off, so he fought with his chest until he died,

saying,“ By the Lord of the Kaaba, I have succeeded.”

There is no god but God.

And as you defend your country, keep in mind

that you are defending the Islamic nation,

you are defending the Islamic nation.

They say “ We have taken over four Arab capitals,

and we will take over the fourth,”

and I say to them,“ May you be disgraced.”
