Israeli Prime Minister Addresses Regional Security

You have surely noticed an interesting fact.

Iran is attacking all the countries in the region, even outside the region.

But there is one country it does not attack— the State of Israel.

So far it has not attacked, it might attack, but why have many weeks passed and it

is not attacking us?

Because it knows what a massive blow we will deal it if it does so.

I am saying this because recently, in the last 48 hours, we have been flooded

with a wave of rumors about Israeli weakness and Israeli retreats on all fronts.

The most amusing thing is that the attacks and preaching against us come from people

who preached to withdraw from the entire Gaza Strip, not to enter Lebanon at all,

and not to strike Iran.

So I would like to briefly go over front by front with you. First of all, Iran.

I highly appreciate President Trump, he is our greatest friend in the White House.

I highly appreciate the historic partnership with the United States against

Iran's attempts to arm itself with nuclear weapons.

And I want to emphasize again: with an agreement or without an agreement,

As long as I am Prime Minister, Iran will not have nuclear weapons.

Because the existence of our precious country, the country of us all, the existence

of Israel is not negotiable. Now, regarding Lebanon.

In Lebanon too, we hear all kinds of rumors, I want to clarify: In recent days,

Israel has acted forcefully in Lebanon.

We eliminated terrorists, including on the Litani ridge.

I cannot elaborate on this,

we are in the midst of a very important operation.

We are working sensibly, wisely, both with determination and wisdom,

with the Israel Defense Forces, and eliminating threats. This is important.

And as for the Gaza Strip.

First of all, I want to clarify the main thing: As long as I am Prime Minister,

a Palestinian state will not be established,

neither in Gaza nor in Judea and Samaria.

Neither Fatahstan nor Hamastan.

And as for specific things that have come up in the news recently,

I want to be precise here: Israel rejects the 15- point document.

I heard people saying' you didn't say so.'

We did, but here I am saying it again: Israel rejects the 15- point document.

The IDF will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is disarmed.

And when I say the disarmament of Hamas, it means the heavy weapons,

the medium weapons,

and the light weapons— all the weapons.

And we are talking about real disarmament, not fictitious disarmament.

Now, we are talking with the Americans about this issue.

They have ideas,

some of which are acceptable to us and some of which are unacceptable to us.

And we know how to stand up to these things, and we proved it in the past,

and we are proving it today as well.

In addition, the IDF will continue to thwart threats against our

forces and our citizens.

Because once again,

the existence of Israel and the security of all Israeli citizens is not up for

negotiation. We stand firm on these interests.

We are doing this not in the realm of publicity, we are doing it for real,

on the ground.

We have proven this all along,

when we entered Rafah and the Philadelphi Corridor,

when we entered Lebanon and eliminated Nasrallah and the rocket arsenal there,

when we attacked Iran twice.

Contrary to all those who lecture us,

We do what is necessary to ensure Israel's security, and we can and know

how to stand our ground even against our very best friends

when necessary.
