That is the first thing. We cannot expect anything else here.

No one, so to speak, will say: “And now we'll cancel these taxes and

somehow”

Understanding these trends, understanding

that ultimately this leads precisely

to our defeat, because victory cannot be achieved

this way.

Victory is achieved when our, so to speak, government, army, and people are united,

meaning,

acting as, so to speak, a single fist.

And then there can truly be what we call the transformation of war into

a patriotic war.

A patriotic war—that's when we win, when the people...

But until then, so to speak, all of this means the people remain on the sidelines.
