It was around 4: 00 a.m. We heard the sound of an explosion from afar.

We were sure that

any moment now, they might dispatch us to the scene. When we arrived,

we saw many people on the ground.

Some of them were unconscious, some were conscious.

Because of the blast wave that had occurred, on the fourth floor,

I saw a young boy whose leg was trapped in the rubble

and his body was hanging outside the building. And he was conscious.

When we reached him, I first asked his name.

Because in the fire department, the first thing

we pay close attention to is that we perform

psychological stabilization. I asked his name, it was Abolfazl. I asked his age,

he said," I'm 12." I asked if there was anyone else in the house besides him.

He said," Yes. My parents, my little sisters,

and my two uncles were our guests yesterday." As he was telling me this,

He asked," This is my mother's leg, how is she?"

He kept asking," Where is my mother?"

I said," Your mother is here too."
