I'm here in Istanbul, Turkey. It looks a lot like Europe. Look at this. This looks just like Europe.
The people also look European. Watch out for the public transport. Wow, electric. Very forward
thinking. It's just kind of like a city to me. It's just another city. I usually have a lot of
things to say. Usually there's something that pops out, whether good or bad. This is a relatively
neutral experience I'm having here. I don't have any strong emotions about the people,
whether good or bad. If anything, they're just all right. I don't really think too much about
them. Their language is difficult. As you know, or maybe you don't know, the Ottoman Empire,
the capital was Istanbul, spanned across three continents. They had Northern Africa,
this part of Europe, parts of Asia, the Middle East, Near East, whatever you want to call it.
They kind of had a little bit of everything. It shows. Very cultured city. It looks good,
but does anything stick out to me? Like, whoa, I love the people here. They're so interesting. Or
wow, this thing looks so cool. No, no, nothing's really stuck out to me. Walking into a random
area. I don't know where I am, but here, I'll give this to Istanbul. It's a very organized and
clean city. Look at this park. This park is gorgeous. They did a really good job at constructing
their city. And I give kudos for that because a lot of the cities are not organized. They're not
safe. They're not clean. I'm still looking for the wow factor. And there's no wow factor,
but I do feel relatively relaxed. I don't think it's the most walkable city. You do need a car
to go to a lot of places. And the taxis, they are expensive. Uber works here, but only with taxis.
If you want to go for like a 30 minute ride, it will be like almost $30. So about $1 per minute,
pretty much, which is pretty expensive compared to other countries. Like in Egypt, you could go
for a whole hour. It'll be like $7, $10. Here, a lot more expensive, but you get a lot better
infrastructure, much cleaner city. The safety is about the same, but less people are bothering you
here. And it's just a super gorgeous place to be. I like this area. It looks like it's only
for tourists. I can't be myself here. Like if I wanted to like take off my shirt and do jumping
jacks in the corner, it would be weird. So it's not really like a super flowy, fun, vibrant city.
Also, it is a little cold. So of course that would be a little bit weird. Nothing really
sticks out to me yet, but I do respect it. It looks really nice. It's really clean here in
Istanbul. Turkey.
