Now, as we just covered, binders are going to help prevent die off symptoms and they're an absolutely essential part of a parasite cleanse. But if they're used by themselves, then I'm just going to give them 6 out of 10. And this is because they're not strong enough on their own for a full cleanse. You need to combine them with something else that actually kills the
parasites themselves. So next up is sticking raw garlic cloves up your butt. 0 out of 10. Now, I do not recommend this. You've probably seen them go viral online. Now, this can really irritate sensitive rectal tissue and you have the possibility
of bleeding down there. There are other cleaner, easier ways. Just don't do it. And on top of that, it's not even strong enough to fully eliminate the parasites from your body anyway. So next up is colonics.
Now, these pair well with other cleanses. They're great to flush out your colon from constipation and mucus and all of that. And they're a great tool, but they're not essential because the body can clear this stuff by itself when it's given the right herbs and binders. And the colonics are just not enough by themselves.
So for that reason, I'm going to give them 6 out of 10. So what's actually going to get 10 out of 10? This is combining herbal anti parasitics. with binders. This is a complete approach.
