Julián's Future with Coach Simeone
Julián has been, he has been sent many messages, and what I
am told
is that when,
around February, when Julián clearly says he's going
to leave and that he
wants to leave,
one of the things they tell him
from very high up to try to calm— to try to calm him down is:
"Stay because Simeone won't be here next year."
My God, my God.
I think Matías said it here, right?
That Julián's relationship with Simeone wasn't very good.
My God, what a way—
I think one of the explanations Julián gave for why he wanted to leave was that
among other things, he wasn't getting along very well with the coach.
My God.
And I repeat, what I'm told,
uh, is that the messages sent to
Julián were: "Don't worry,
Hold on for a year, because next year Cholo Simeone
won't be your
coach."
