Here I need to apologize to the neighboring countries that were attacked by Iran

on my own behalf,

because we in this process and in the situation that happened, our commanders,

our leader, our dear ones actually lost their lives because of the savage

aggression that took place, and our armed forces, the heroes who risked their

lives and put their lives in their hands to defend our territorial integrity…

once the commanders were no longer there,

they acted on their own initiative and carried out all the measures that

were necessary, and with honor and power they defended our land.

We do not intend to attack the neighboring countries. As I have said over and

over again, they are our brothers. With these dear ones in the region,

we must join hands and establish peace and tranquility,

and I hope that these events that have occurred in the decision that we

made yesterday in the interim leadership council…

This decision was reported

to the armed forces that from now on they must not attack neighboring countries

or launch missiles at them, unless those countries want to attack us.
