Critique of Islamic Governance and War

This regime is deceitful, evil, suspicious,

دجال، شرير، مشبوه، غير إسلامي.

This is the first time I say it is un- Islamic, but I say un- Islamic because I have

بس أقول غير إسلامي وعندي شواهد عديدة

many proofs. Let me give you one example: the prisoners of war.

When a prisoner is captured,

he is supposed to give his name to the International Red Cross so his family know,

so they can settle alimony issues, rights issues between husband and wife,

قضايا الحقوق بين الزوج والزوجة،

rights issues between a person and their relatives, matters concerning creditors

المتعلقات في الدائن والمديون،

and debtors, all of which are matters and rulings found in Islamic Sharia.

Marriage, divorce, and so on, inheritance, meaning a whole series of matters.

الإرث، الـ يعني سلسلة من الأمور.

What kind of Islamic regime is this that doesn't give the names of prisoners?

If Khomeini doesn't know, it means he is unfit to rule, he is the head of state,

هو شخص أول بالدولة شلون ما يدري؟

And if he does know, it means he either doesn't believe in Islam or doesn't

Everyone, and all of you, have read and heard and seen the rulings of

وشوفوا الأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية،

does it allow an official to hide the names of prisoners so that their

families don't know if they were martyred or captured?

So that all these issues remain pending?

Perhaps his wife receives news that

he was martyred from one of the fighters who didn't see him well at night, right?

And he later turns out to be a prisoner.

So this regime is based on deception, based on charlatanism.

And not a single day has deception and charlatanism defeated the truth.

And not a single day has deviation defeated justice or defeated

وغلب المبدئية.

He messes up, he does, I don't know what, and so on, this messing of his is

هذي خربطته راحت، جزت.

Like a bullet that turned out to be a dud, his bullet became a dud,

طلاقته صارت قوفانة بمعنى إنه

meaning that his charlatanism was exposed to the Iraqi people,

and this is what's important, indeed, it is more important than anything else.

And the word" deceiver" is no longer said only by Iraqis,

the Iranians have started saying it too.

Now the Iranian opposition

يعني شلون تطلع بجرائدكم انتو خميني الدجال،

Khomeini the Deceiver," they too say" Khomeini the Deceiver."

The Iranian opposition,

لكن هم أيضاً بالتعامل اكتشفوا بأنه إنسان دجال ومشعوذ.

Our answer is that no peaceful effort remains that we haven't responded to.

No mediation was left without us saying yes.

No proposal that preserves our sovereignty and theirs, our dignity and theirs,

our security and theirs, and our rights and theirs was left without us saying yes.

وعلى حقوقنا وحقوقهم إلا وقلنا نعم.

What is the path? Fighting. Fighting until victory.

القتال حتى النصر.

In defense of the homeland and honor, until victory with God's help.
